If you're like most home buyers, you'll search through lots of listings and visit lots of homes before deciding on the one you want to buy. Most of what you look at, you'll eliminate immediately. But of the homes you are interested in, it can easily become confusing as to which house had which advantages. Comparison Worksheets help you with this problem by letting you record information for each home you've visited or are interested in. There are over 30 items available to put into worksheets, such as price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, etc. You choose which ones are important to you, and record just those. You can track all 30+ items, or just a few key ones. Once you've entered information about some homes, you can display side-by-side comparisons of the items you tracked, to help you narrow your choices down to the homes that you like the best, and that meet your needs and your budget. Hint: If you are searching through listings online, open your browser twice. In one browser window, search through listings. In the other browser window, record the interesting listings in your worksheet, to help you plan visits. Comparison Worksheets are totally confidential. You do not have to enter any information about yourself, and no cookies or other such Internet devices are used to track your worksheet usage. Worksheets are good for about half a year, at which time they are automatically deleted. You can also delete them yourself when you no longer need them. |
